ALYSON BURCHILL

Owner/Operator, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Alyson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 20 years both in the private and public sectors. She strives to promote client success through assessment, observation, modeling, and data analysis. Alyson aims to ensure an effective change in each learner she works with. She aligns herself with like-minded individuals in the field who want to make a difference in the lives of the families they work within a team-based approach.

AMY ANSHEWITZ

Finance Director

In 1998, Amy graduated from the Executive Program at the Katharine Gibbs School in Providence, RI. After graduation, she spent 18 years working as an Executive Assistant at 2 successful stone contracting companies. In 2015, Amy enthusiastically accepted a position as part of the ABS family. She is dedicated to managing and assisting with business operations, including insurance claim management, finance management, and payroll. Essentially, Amy strives to keep the business end of ABS Behavioral Health Services highly organized and running efficiently so that the entire clinical team can direct all their attention and passion into each of the amazing children that walk through the doors.

MORGAN SHEA

In-Home Program Director, M. Ed., BCBA, LABA

Morgan has been a part of the team at ABS Behavioral Health Services since 2016. She has been in the field of behavior analysis for over 15 years and received her Master’s in ABA from Endicott College. Morgan has provided ABA services in many states across the country and a variety of different settings, including recreation programs, public schools, residential camps, and in-home services.

MEGAN HELDT

Supervisor, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Megan has been a part of the ABS Behavioral Health Services team since 2018. She began her journey with our company as a behavioral therapist and has since transitioned to a BCBA. After starting her career in Speech and Language Pathology, Megan pursued a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She has over 8 years of working experience in public school and in-home settings with clients age 3-22.

TRISH HERHOLZ

Supervisor, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

Patricia (Trish) Herholz has a Masters in Education from Worcester State College and a Graduate Certificate in Autism Interventions from UMass Lowell. She joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team in October of 2020. Trish has over 15 years of experience providing ABA services both in school and home settings. Trish’s goal with every client is to fade her services and ensure that clients and their families/caregivers gain the skills needed to be as independent as possible. She is also trained in as a Safety Care Trainer which includes specializing in de-escalation strategies that are drawn from extensive clinical research. Trish supports training other behavior therapists to ensure all employees are implementing safety care training in an appropriate manner.

CAITLIN MEDINE

Supervisor, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Caitlin joined ABS Behavioral Health Services in 2014 as a Behavior Therapist and transitioned into a BCBA role. She has over 10 years of experience providing ABA services in an intensive ABA program. Caitlin has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies. Caitlin also won the ABA Clinical Excellence Award during her studies.

JANET MURPHY

Supervisor, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LABA

Janet joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team in 2020 as a supervisor.  Janet has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Western New England University (formerly Western New England College).  She completed her Masters in Intensive Special Education at Simmons College, her coursework in the ABA Advanced Training Course from Northeastern University and received her BCBA certification in 2003.  Janet has worked in a variety of settings such as residential, in-home, and public schools for over 25 years.  She is currently working in the public schools as an Elementary Learning Coordinator for the k-4 population providing both educational and behavioral support.  A favorite part of both jobs includes getting to know families and the children to create a cohesive team to continuously develop independent skills.

RYAN SZPILA

Supervisor, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Ryan joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team in 2021 as an in-home supervisor. He earned his bachelors in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Vermont then graduated from Regis College with a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Ryan has 7 years experience working with children and young adults in various settings including public and residential schools. His passion lies in helping young people communicate more effectively with peers, family and community members.

ALLISON CASTILLO

Family Engagement & Vocational Specialist, M.A., CRC

Allison joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team as a part-time Behavior Therapist in 2016. She recently transitioned to full-time as the Family Engagement and Vocational Specialist. Allison obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology. She then obtained a graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She has over 6 years of experience in the vocational rehabilitation field in addition to experience providing ABA services. Allison provides individualized and quality services to every individual she works with.

ELIJAH WRIGHT

Elijah became part of the ABS Behavioral Health Services team in 2014 as a Behavior Therapist and has previously been a Safety Care Trainer at ABS. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Business and a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University. He is currently working towards certification to become a BCBA. His expertise is in working with clients and their families to target extremely challenging behaviors.

Jill Siok

Jill Siok has been part of ABS Behavioral Health Services since the company was founded in 2013. She is an experienced Behavior Therapist and has an extensive background in Early Intervention Services (EI). Jill also has 8 years of experience providing in-home ABA services as well as leading social skills groups. She demonstrates leadership and provides innovative ways to target goals within the treatment plan. She is a dedicated professional and her work at ABS has been invaluable.

Molly Green

Molly Green joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team as a Behavior Therapist in 2013. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of settings including schools, residential, day programs, and homes. Molly specializes in using a verbal behavior methodology when working with children and young adults and believes strongly that all people can learn to be effective and confident communicators. We love her dedication to the clients she works with and our team.
