Alyson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 18 years. She strives to promote client success through assessment, observation, modeling and data analysis. Alyson aims to ensure effective change in each learner she works with.
In 1998, Amy graduated from the Executive Program at the Katharine Gibbs School in Providence, RI. After graduation, she spent 18 years working as an Executive Assistant at 2 successful stone contracting companies. In 2015, Amy enthusiastically accepted a position as part of the ABS family. She is dedicated to managing and assisting with business operations including insurance claim management, finance management, and payroll. Essentially, Amy strives to keep the business end of ABS Behavioral Health Services highly organized and running efficiently so that the entire clinical team is able to direct all their attention and passion into each of the amazing children that walk through the doors.
Jill joined the ABS team in May of 2017 with her service dog-in-training, Indy. Jill has been working in the administrative field for almost 15 years, with a majority of that time working for programs that advocate for children and people with disabilities. Jill is currently working on a degree in non-profit business management with a specialty in Veteran’s Affairs in order to continue helping those in the community around her. In her role as Office Manager, Jill strives to provide excellent customer service and a seamless transition of services to each and every client.
In-Home Program Director, MS. Ed., LABA
Liz has been a member of the supervisory team at ABS Behavioral Health Services for two and a half years. She began her career in applied behavior analysis as an ABA technician after receiving an undergrad degree in psychology from the University of Maine. She then went on to gain a graduate degree in special education from Simmons College and a graduate certificate in autism studies from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Liz spent several years teaching special education in public school districts in Massachusetts prior to joining the ABS team.
In-Home Program Director, M. Ed., BCBA, LABA
Morgan has been with ABS Behavioral Health Services since 2016. She has been in the field of behavior analysis for over 10 years and received her Masters in ABA from Endicott College. Morgan has provided ABA services in many states across the country and in a variety of different settings including recreation programs, public schools, residential camps and in-home services.
Supervisor, MA, Ed. S., BCBA, LABA
Ashley has been a part of the ABS team since 2015. Originally working towards a profession in the mental health field with a Masters in Counseling Psychology, Ashley spent over 7 years providing care in Worcester County as both a Therapeutic Mentor and an Outpatient Clinician. In an effort to devote her career to the individuals she was most passionate about, Ashley focused on attaining an additional graduate degree and completed her Masters in ABA from Bay Path University. She is an enthusiastic worker, optimistically taking on new challenges and providing dedicated care to the families she serves.

Catherine has been working in the field of ABA for 6 years, in varied settings including group home, public school, private school, in-home, and community settings with clients ranging in ages from 2-25. She started working for the ABS team in 2018 after receiving her Master’s in ABA from BayPath University. She is eager to continue this very rewarding career in providing support to individuals on the autism spectrum.

Training and Development Coordinator, M. Ed
Ellen has worked at ABS Behavioral Health Services for 1 year. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College, and a Master’s Degree in autism studies and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. Ellen has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with autism at both separate day schools and in public school settings as a special education teacher prior to joining the ABS team.
Training and Development Coordinator, M. Ed.
Erin joined the ABS Behavioral Health Services team in 2017. Erin received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Upon graduation, she worked in home and school settings providing ABA based services for six years as a Behavior Therapist and Supervisor. She received her Masters Degree in Special Education from Framingham State University and worked as a public school special education teacher for nine years before joining ABS. She is currently completing graduate coursework for a certificate in ABA through Endicott College.

Jessica has been a part of the team at ABS Behavioral Health Services for about a year as a supervisor. She graduated from Bay Path University in 2016 with a Master of Science with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in different settings such as residential, public school, private school and in-home providing applied behavior analysis services with an age range varying from 3-55 years old.

Michelle has been working at ABS Behavioral Health Services since 2016. She has worked with children of all ages and abilities for 25 years. Michelle is a certified elementary education teacher, and has her Master’s degree in school counseling. She has always been intrigued by her own and others’ behaviors. In 2013, Michelle received her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology.
